How the facial contouring and skin tightening treatments work

It is based on our clinically-proven TriPollar RF technology. During the treatment,
the energy generated by the device is directed towards the skin’s tissue and the
ECM (extra-cellular matrix), whereby these layers are heated moderately. Patients
experience a warm, relaxing sensation on the skin’s surface, while a therapeutic
action is occurring deep within the skin.

The localized heating causes an immediate contraction of the collagen fibers in
the dermis, forcing them to contract, while also increasing fibroblast activity. As
a result, regeneration of new collagen and elastin fibers is induced. The contra-
ction of collagen fibers and the regeneration of the collagen and elastin tighten
the skin, creating smoother, healthier and younger looking skin, visible already

How many treatments are recommended?

Recommended treatment time is 15-20 minutes, 2-3 times a week. Repeating
these treatments for 8 to 12 weeks will stimulate the fibroblasts to produce
more collagen, creating a thicker dermis layer. 
It is recommended to continue with a maintenance program once a week.
